These programs are designed for individuals already employed in the tourism sector, as well as for those who are temporarily unemployed and possess only empirical knowledge of their subject matter. They are not part of formal education and lead to non-degree certifications.\r\nOur School is responsible for implementing these programs, which have a duration of 380 teaching hours. \r\nThe <strong>re-training<\/strong> programs include the following specialties:\r\n\r\n<strong>Front office operations<\/strong>\r\nIt concerns employees with work experience in the Front Office, Reservations, Sales, Concierge, and Warehouse Departments.\r\nThis program combines topics which are key components of modern hospitality services. The courses include principles of hotel services, customer service and basic communication principles, sales techniques, employment relationships, employee hygiene and safety, and English language and terminology.\r\n\r\n<strong>Housekeeping services<\/strong>\r\nIt concerns employees with work experience in the Housekeeping, Linen &amp; Laundry Departments.\r\nThis program combines topics which are key components of modern housekeeping services, one of the most important sectors of the hospitality industry. The courses include housekeeping operations, basic principles of hotel services, environmental management, employment relationships, employee hygiene and safety, and English language and terminology.\r\n\r\n<strong>Food and Beverage Services<\/strong>\r\nIt concerns employees with work experience in all Food and Beverage (F&amp;B) Departments.\r\nThis program will introduce you to the key trends and principles that impact the Food and Beverage industry, equipping you with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge of the field. The courses include principles of restaurant and bar techniques, wine tasting, customer service, basic communication principles, sales techniques, employment relationships, employee hygiene and safety, principles of the HACCP system, and English language and terminology.\r\n \r\n<strong>Culinary Art<\/strong>\r\nIt concerns employees with work experience in Kitchen and Buffet Departments.\r\nIn this program, you will learn how to source and select products, as well as how to best prepare and cook them, applying both traditional and modern techniques. The courses include culinary techniques, basic principles of pastry techniques, employment relationships, employee hygiene and safety, principles of the HACCP system, and French language and terminology.\r\n\r\n<strong>Pastry Art<\/strong>\r\nIt concerns employees with work experience in Pastry and Bakery Departments.\r\nThis program explores the fundamental techniques of Pastry Arts. This training will enable you to acquire the essential foundations of the techniques involved in creating and showcasing pastry products.
